5 - Important exercises
Mr. Sorour continues what he started in the previous lesson, explaining the hopping method using Triolet or triplets and finally using the Ta Ti rhythm.

1 Ta Fa Ti Fi. This long exercise time in this strong and correct way fixes our hands posture and builds them on right foundations. Until we reach, the last thing we said for example is the 1 Ta Fa Ti Fi *Play music*and so on. Everytime we exercise, we play one less note, first it was 4 Ta Fa Ti Fi, then it was 3, then it was 2 then it was 1 Ta Fa ti Fi. After that we started a different rhythm, called Tre O Le; Ta fa Ti Fi plays Ta Fa Ti Fi , the Tre O Le plays Tre O Le Tre O Le 3 strikes , Tre O Le Tre O Le Tre O Le Tre O Le, and after you finish it you play Ta Ti only 2 strikes Ta Ti Ta Ti Ta ti Ta Ti. This way we have learned that our hands to go up the Zither all the way in both Octaves of the Zither, together in a correct way; they move up together, hop together, this way we have finished a huge phase in exercising in order to start playing.
